"We misregistered a testing kit"
We misregistered a testing kit and called in and recieved a live person (Samuel) without a lengthy delay. He was extremely understanding and helpful. Problem we fixed straight away. Thanks.

They gave me a full refund on an unwanted service when I requested it which was extremely generous, and were courteous and professional for our entire exchange, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I personaly can recomend them for excellent service and trust. I had an issue where a test kit was lost in transit and it was relaced no problem, and super suprisingly at no cos. Super excellent service from the Consultant Paul O.

"Customer service"
I could not access my family tree which I started several years ago. I left a message and was contacted from customer service by AARON who very patiently and politely tried every possibility until he managed to find out my business email address which I had used upon establishing my account with My heritage. That email does not exist anymore. Unless AARON's kind assistance, the tree would have been lost. Many thanks!

I have been trying for a week to get an answer to my request to correct double billing for this program. my only response has been through blue snap but there is still no resolution. i'm getting very impatient! i want a refund for at least one of the charges. this is the only forum i've found where i can contact a myheritage representative?

I have been using my heritage web site for awhile now and last year paid a subscription found it hard to use. i found this year i have paid another year subscription which i didn't know about. i cancelled it straight away and now the next month another $173.51. has come out of my account. how do i stop this from happening again and cancel my membership. sue. p

After several years and several computer upgrades the family tree builder software on my windows 10 desktop has started crashing after a few minutes operation, and not saving changes. can i save my project and reload software?
